Posepass features

Posepass has five parts that work together. A library of drawn poses, a camera that overlays an outline and framing lines, a quick check of each shot, cards you can share and shot lists for a day out. Each page below explains one part and its free and Pro limits.

What can I do with it?

Start with a pose, shoot it with the guides on, check the result and share a card. The pages below go into detail on each step, and each says what is free and what needs Pro.

How do the parts fit together?

A normal shoot goes in four steps. Pick a pose in the pose library. Shoot it with the camera guides, either yourself or by handing over the phone. Run the shot check while you are still at the spot. Then turn the keeper into a share card. Shot lists string six poses together for a day out.

What does Posepass leave out?

It does not detect faces or bodies, rate how anyone looks or edit a photo. The drawn poses are original line art, with no photos of models, and the directions are about the phone: height, lens, distance and timing. There is no account, no ads and no analytics.

What is the difference between free and Pro?

Free has 40 poses, the full camera with guides, the shot check, three card frames and the first shot list. Pro opens all 124 poses, six shot lists and nine card frames. A Pro pose sent to you by link opens in full. See pricing.

Frequently asked questions

What is free in Posepass?

40 poses, the camera with the ghost, guides and level, the shot check, all three card types with three frames, one shot list and unlimited shots.

Do I need a second person to use Posepass?

No. Solo with timer is one of the eight situations: the phone rests on a ledge and the timer runs. But the app is built for whoever holds your phone.

Does Posepass edit my photos?

No. It coaches framing, and the shot check asks you about feet, headroom, horizon, joints and light. Nothing is retouched.

Which features need an internet connection?

Poses, the camera, the check and shot lists work offline. Sharing a link and the purchase check use the network.
