How do I contact support?
Email us using the contact block at the end of this page, or use the support row in Settings.

Email support@dziby.com. Tell us the app name, your iPhone model and iOS version, and what happened. We read every message and usually reply within two business days.
Frequently asked questions
How do I use a pose?
Open a pose and tap Shoot this pose. Hand the phone to your friend. The camera shows the ghost outline and three directions.
Why does Posepass need the camera?
To draw the pose outline and framing lines over the live view. Nothing is uploaded.
What if I denied camera access?
Open Settings on your iPhone and turn the camera on for Posepass. You can still browse poses and send them to a friend.
Where are my photos stored?
On your iPhone in the app's private storage. Settings > Delete all shots removes them, and Erase everything removes all app data.
How do I save a card to Photos?
On the share screen tap Save to Photos. The app asks for add-only access the first time.
How do I restore Pro?
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Open iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions and choose Posepass. Pro stays on until the end of the paid period.
How do I ask for a refund?
Apple handles purchases. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can a friend without Pro open a Pro pose I sent?
Yes. A pose opened from a link opens in full for that person.
Which languages are supported?
English and Russian. Choose a language in Settings or let it follow the system.
