By using Posepass you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition. In short: the app coaches phone placement and framing, you own your photos, and subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your Apple account.

Apple's standard terms are at the Apple Standard EULA. They apply in addition to the terms on this page.
What Posepass is
Posepass provides drawn poses and camera guides that help whoever holds your phone to frame a photo. The poses are original drawings. The app does not evaluate or alter how anyone looks.
Posepass Pro
Pro is offered as an auto-renewing weekly or annual subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and are charged to your Apple ID. If a free trial is shown, the subscription renews at the shown price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your content
You own the photos you take. They stay on your device unless you share them. You are responsible for what you share and for having permission from the people in your photos.
Acceptable use
Do not use Posepass to break the law or to photograph people without their consent.

Subscriptions and purchases
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Restore earlier purchases in the app with Restore Purchases, on any iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account.
- Use of the app is governed by the Apple Standard EULA and our Privacy Policy.
